You can choose to pick up your order at the store. Once the goods arrive, we will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to arrange collection.

您可以選擇順豐智能櫃或順豐站點取貨。配送僅限香港。

You can choose SF Express smart cabinet or SF Express station for pickup. Delivery is limited to Hong Kong only.

收到貨物後7天內，若發現貨物有任何問題，您可聯繫我們申請退貨。

退貨商品必須保持全新狀態並連同收據一併退回。我們保留拒絕不符合條件商品的權利。

Within 7 days from the date of receipt, if you discover any issues with the goods, you can contact us to apply for a return.

Returned goods must be in brand-new condition and returned together with the receipt. We reserve the right to reject non-compliant items.
